Do you offer one-time purchases?
Absolutely!
In addition to our Quarterly Subscription Boxes, we offer a curated selection of zipper tape, pulls, sewing notions, and tools available for one-time purchase in our shop.
⚠️ What if tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive my order?
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, the responsibility shifts to the
carrier. However, we will help you investigate! Please reach out to our
support team at hello@zipjoy.net
and we’ll do our best to assist.

💛 ZipJoy Refund & Return Policy
At ZipJoy, we want you to love your products! If you’re not
completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the day you
receive your order.
🧵 How to Request a Refund
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered
to let us know you'd like a refund.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Refund
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Subscription boxes or box contents
- Personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Mystery or grab-bag items
- Sale or clearance items
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

Once your return request is accepted, you can send the item back to us.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send you a
confirmation email letting you know your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at
checkout.
Please do not send any returns without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
📦 When do orders ship?
All one-time purchases — are packed with care and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order date.

Yes! We ship both within the United States and to international destinations.
Shipping charges vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
🚚 How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on where you are located and the weight of your package. You’ll see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

📦 When do they ship?
Our Zipjoy Quarterly Subscription Boxes ship on the following dates each
year:
- March 1st
- June 1st
- September 1st
- December 1st
✂️ Quarterly Box Cut-Off Dates
To ensure every box is thoughtfully curated and packed with joy, the order
cut-off date is 7 days prior to each fulfillment date:
- February 22nd (for March 1st box)
- May 22nd (for June 1st box)
- August 22nd (for September 1st box)
- November 22nd (for December 1st box)
Cut-off dates will always fall 7 days before fulfillment so we can prepare your themed box experience.
📦 When will I be charged for the Quarterly Box?
You’ll be billed automatically on the cut-off date (7 days before fulfillment). You will always receive a confirmation email before your box ships.

You can update, pause, skip a quarter, or cancel anytime through your customer account on www.zipjoy.net
🧵 Do you accept returns on Subscription Boxes?
Due to the handmade and curated nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns on:

📦 What if my subscriptionpayment fails?
You’ll receive an email if a renewal charge fails. Simply update your payment info through your customer portal, and we’ll retry the charge.
