We ship within the United States & internationally (except the EU).
Order Processing Times
All regular (non-subscription) orders placed through our website are processed within 1–5 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not counted toward processing time.
Please note: During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer the following shipping structure:
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts & before taxes).
- Shipping rates for all other orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on Shopify’s integrated carrier options.
Where We Ship
United States
Shipping time after dispatch: 2–14 business days
(Delivery time varies by region and USPS/UPS carrier conditions.)
Canada
Shipping time after dispatch: 1–5+ weeks
(Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.)
International Shipping (Outside the U.S.)
We ship worldwide except to the EU.
International delivery times vary by destination and may take several weeks.
Important Notes for International Customers
You are fully responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees charged by your country.
These charges are:
- NOT included in your order total
- NOT collected by us
- Determined entirely by your local customs office
Any such fees will be collected by your postal service or customs office upon delivery.
We cannot predict these costs, and we do not offer refunds for packages refused due to customs fees.
Subscription Boxes — Shipping Schedule & Cutoff Dates
We ship our quarterly subscription boxes on a different schedule from regular orders.
To ensure every box is thoughtfully curated and packed with joy, the order
cut-off date is 7 days prior to each fulfillment date:
- February 22nd (for March 1st box)
- May 25th (for June 1st box)
- August 25th (for September 1st box)
- October 25th (for November 1st box)
Cut-off dates will always fall 7 days before fulfillment so we can prepare your themed box experience.
For Active Subscribers
- Your subscription is renewed automatically prior to the shipment of the subscription box.
- Monthly boxes are packaged and shipped the 1st of each quarterly month.
Subscription box shipping times follow the same delivery estimates listed above.
Shipping Methods
We use the shipping options available through Shopify, which may include:
- USPS
- UPS
- DHL (for international orders)
- Other carriers as determined by Shopify’s system
Carriers are selected automatically based on the best available rate and service for your location.
Delays & Delivery Estimates
Please understand that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather events
- Holidays
- Customs inspections
- High-volume seasons
Once your package is with the carrier, we are unable to control or expedite delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered, we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days with photos so we can assist you.
If a package becomes lost during transit (never marked delivered), we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a delayed or returned package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
