💌 Billing & Shipping Notes

·        You will be billed quarterly as a subscriber 7 days prior to the 1^st of the following months: March, June, September and December.

·        You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your box ships so you can track it as your happy mail makes its way to you!

·        When you sign up for a subscription, your renewal will be processed automatically. If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, that month's order will still be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled.

·        Cancellations will apply to future renewals and do not cancel orders that have already been placed.

🚚 Subscription Shipping Notes

• Boxes ship separately from non-subscription store items
• Subscription boxes have their own shipping cost and do not qualify for free-shipping promos
• We recommend placing separate orders for store items to avoid combined weight overcharges
• If shipping overcharges occur, we will refund the difference once your box ships

·        Subscription Boxes have their own shipping costs and are not eligible for free shipping promotions. If you add a subscription box to your cart, shipping will be calculated separately at checkout based on location.
